Michelle (Rosado) Pauciullo is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She was born and raised in Northern Virginia and is of Puerto Rican heritage. She graduated with honors from George Mason University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a Clinical Science concentration. She worked in Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Cancer Research, and on a Latino-focused Community Outreach Team for several years. She received her Physician Assistant Master’s Degree from South University in 2024.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish and previously led research projects and community engagement teams to bring care and medical education to Spanish-speaking communities in the Richmond area. She hopes to continue this work in her role as a pediatric Physician Assistant and is excited to take care of both patients and their families.
Michelle considers practicing pediatrics a joy and a privilege with having the opportunity to get to know both the kids and their families as they learn and develop together. She is dedicated to helping kids grow healthier physically, mentally, and emotionally while providing parental support and education along the way. While she enjoys all areas of pediatric medicine, her interests include mental health, sports medicine, and preventative health.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and their rescue dog Stanley, playing soccer, and supporting her favorite sports teams (FC Barcelona, Washington Nationals, Boston Red Sox, Washington Capitals, and Boston Bruins) while battling an in-home hockey rivalry with her New York Islanders fan husband – Stanley of course has his own bandana for each team, but Michelle knows Stanley is on her side. She also enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, camping, off-roading, and photography.

My name is Pam Mallory. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), pediatric nurse, and postpartum doula. My most important job includes raising two grown children and being a grandmother to six beautiful grandchildren.
I have over 40 years of experience in the pediatric world. I spent several years working in the mother-baby unit, performing newborn checks with Thrive-in-home care and as a private duty night nurse over overnight newborn care.
My love for lactation consulting grew from educating and nurturing many new mothers through the fourth trimester of pregnancy. The time after birth to three months of age, also known as the “4th trimester”, is the most crucial for mom and baby. This time includes the parent(s) and newborn adjusting to the world outside of the womb to what is now becoming a family. Luckily, Mother Nature has given us all of the tools needed to aid us in this lactation journey.
I look forward to helping your family get to the right start on this lactation and feeding journey.
“Breastfeeding is a mother’s gift to herself, her baby, and the earth.”

My name is Tracie Abrams. I am a registered nurse and lactation consultant. I graduated with a nursing degree in 2001 from Radford University. I have always had a passion for pediatrics and my career started in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. During that time, I started a family of my own. My very own experience turned my focus and attention to women’s health and lactation, and I have been working with women and infants ever since.
My four children, over the span of twelve years, were breast-fed, bottle-fed, formula-fed and received milk from other mothers. These experiences were varied and diverse. It was such a testament to me that every parent and child has their own story to tell. I feel privileged to be a part of these stories and help families reach and work towards their feeding goals. My focus is helping a mom and baby receive the experience that suits and works for them, while making sure each is as healthy and happy as can be.
Feeding assessments, the early days and weeks are so important. Milk coming in and a baby suckling are not the only factors contributing to the success of breastfeeding. It is how those two things come together. At PAHP, we offer 60-minute visits where I can observe how your infant is feeding and how your body is making milk. This is the only way to provide a feeding plan and path towards your feeding goal. I vow to offer varied solutions meeting both you and your baby’s abilities. I understand the pressure a parent feels when they are starting this new skill. I want to love and support you at this stage and I am honored to be a part of it.

Katherine, better known as Katie, was born in Richmond, Virginia, and raised in North Chesterfield. She graduated from James River High School, with honors, in 2003.
Katie continued her education after high school at Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Pediatrics. She excelled in the Honors College, minored in Spanish, and graduated magna cum laude. Katie, a certified pediatric nurse practitioner, is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. During her school career, Katie visited Spain, studied abroad in Mexico, and helped build houses in Costa Rica.
When Katie is not caring for her patients, she spends time and vacations with friends and family, both locally and all over the world. She enjoys trying new restaurants, eating dinner with friends, cooking on the grill, boating, wake surfing, and attending concerts featuring her favorite country music artists. She loves games, all sorts, but especially if they involve a basketball. She even coached the girl’s basketball team at her church for a few years. Katie continues to spend time with the families she worked with in her earlier years as she developed long lasting strong bonds with them and especially loves playing with their children and teenagers.
Passionate about Pediatrics, Katie tries to make the office a fun experience instead of a scary one. She strives to stay punctual during the day while still giving each patient her undivided attention and superior care. The bottom line, Katie loves children of all ages, whether they are sick or healthy, and wants to help them flourish from birth to college.
